6-20-13 Day 4
Both aircraft get major components attached today. One of the planes got the wings installed and the second plane got the motor installed.
Tomorrow is media day so we are going to be overrun with reporters and cameras.
Sometimes plane building can require great sacrifice to your ego.
Today was also story day. Ted Setzer who was one of the original founders of Glasair along with his brother had the kids attention with some of his flying exploits. If half of what he said is true I'm surprised that he has any of his "nine" lives left.
For more insight into our build check out Jill Tallmans' Reporting Points Blog on the AOPA website.
And also check out the General Aviation Manufacturers' Association Facebook page.
